Open Roles

  • Machine Learning and NLP Engineer. You will partner with our team (CEO, CTO, and team of diverse contractors) to discover and build features to detect bias from speech (audio and text). You will build scalable technology that can be used by millions. You will use ML techniques to identify meeting data and flag non-inclusive behavior and language. You will measure the emotional content of meetings by participant and make those insights available to front-end teams via usable APIs. Insights generated will be served as coaching for employees in remote meetings. There is a $10 Billion market for DEI and management coaching in the US alone. We are looking for someone with experience in conversation analysis, NLP, emotion detection, and full-stack development. Experience managing teams is a plus. Integrity, honesty, and a sense of humor is a must!  :)
