Assumptions: 

In this calculation, we estimate that Equal Time increases productivity by 5%, reduces turnover by 5%, and reduces sick days by 5%.  We assume 260 working days per year, 10 sick days taken per year on avg, and employee turnover costs 65% of an annual salary.
